Opportunity to Get Vaccinated Against COVID-19 in the City Center: Vaccination Center Opened at the University

The University has opened a mass vaccination center where everyone willing can get vaccinated against COVID-19.

"The University put forward an initiative to create a vaccination center within our walls, and the Regional Health Department helped to implement this idea. The vaccination center has already started operating. It has a comfortable location, good logistics and qualified organization of the process,” said the Director of the Center for Public Relations, Maksym Folomieiev. "Citizens and residents of the region can get vaccinated here in a very convenient format."

He also noted that currently more than 750 people had been vaccinated thanks to the work of the Operational Headquarters at the University. The statistics will be updated at the end of August.

Two teams will work at the center. They can daily vaccinate from 200 to 600 people. The center currently offers the Comirnaty (Pfizer) vaccine for those receiving the second dose and Coronavac vaccine for the first dose. The information on available vaccines will be constantly updated.

To receive the vaccine, it is important to have your passport with you, fill out a questionnaire and observe a first-come, first-served order.

Location: Column Hall, 1st floor, University Northern Building, 6 Svobody Sq

Opening hours: 9:00-17:00.
