The School of Physics and Energy provides training in the full-time mode, offering 5.5-year degree programs.

The School trains highly qualified specialists in traditional and alternative technologies of generating, converting, and utilizing various kinds of energy and confers degrees in Applied Physics.

The School offers major opportunities in Information Technologies in the Energy Sector, Alternative Energy Sources and Ecology, and Thermophysics.

The students can also volunteer to have military training to obtain the rank of reserve lieutenant.

The School’s graduates are employed by the leading research and manufacturing companies of various ownership and energy-distributing enterprises of Ukraine. They are also licensed as university and college instructors and lyceum teachers.

Graduates are involved in research and use of traditional sources of thermal and hydroenergy, as well as solar, wind, hydrogen, and geothermal and other renewable kinds of energy, together with nuclear and thermonuclear energy.

The School graduates top quality specialists in physical, chemical, and mathematical foundations of simulating energy converting processes and complex energy systems, and computer control of energy facilities and knowledge-intensive technical equipment. Employment is provided to all the graduates. A bachelor’s or master’s degree provide an opportunity to continue their studies as graduate or postgraduate students at universities of Ukraine, Russia, the USA, Germany, Canada, Japan, and other countries of the world.
