Essay Contest "Little-Known Tourist and Recreational Attractions of Ukraine"

To mark International Day for Monuments and Sites, Karazin University is pleased to invite students to take part in the essay contest “Little-Known Tourist and Recreational Attractions of Ukraine”.

Contest organizer: Department of Social and Economic Geography and Regional Studies of the School of Geology, Geography, Recreation and Tourism.

The purpose of the competition is to promote little-known tourist and recreational attractions of Ukraine among students.

To participate in the contest, please e-mail your essay (at least one printed sheet) about one of the little-known tourist and recreational attractions of Ukraine (one participant can only send one essay about one attraction) and a document indicating the contest participant’s full name, academic group and School code, contact phone and e-mail address to

Materials submission deadline: April 22, 2018.

The contest results will be announced by April 24, 2018, on the Department of Social and Economic Geography and Regional Studies website.

The contest winners will receive diplomas and gifts.

The contest winners will be awarded on April 25, 2018 at room 3-62, 3rd floor, University Main Building, 4 Svobody Sq
