To raise the level of theoretical and practical training of students, post-graduates and scientists and researchers; conduct author’s research using modern equipment and technologies; master the state-of-the-art unique methods; gain experience in research and teaching; ensure information exchange and broaden scientific contacts with foreign scientists, in accordance with Order No.14 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine as of 13.04.2011 “On student’s studies and in-depth training of pos-graduates, scientists and researchers at the leading higher educational institutions and research institutions abroad”, the Ministry of Education and Science, Youth and Sports of Ukraine announces a competition to select students and post-graduates for studies and scientists and researchers for in-depth training at the leading higher educational institutions and research institutions abroad.

Higher educational institutions are to conduct preliminary selection of students, post-graduates and scientists and researchers for studies and in-depth training abroad and submit their propositions to the Competition Board of the Ministry of Education and Science, Youth and Sports of Ukraine up until May 15, 2012.

Under the competition terms the documents received by the Competition Board of the Ministry of Education and Science, Youth and Sports of Ukraine after the deadline shall not be considered.

The documents submitted to the competition shall not be returned or reviewed.
