V.N.Karazin Kharkiv National University has always paid much attention to organizing and conducting the work of further education, creation of an effective training system for professors, strengthening ties with leading universities in Ukraine and abroad. To implement this, the School of Further Training was establishes in 1967. Due to expansion of forms of activity and new work areas development in 2000, the School was renamed the School of Further Education.

The main specialization of the school:

• training of complete higher education professionals for the second higher education in the specializations:
  • «Finance»
  • «Accounting and Audit"
  • «Marketing»,
  • «International Economy"
  • «Health Studies".
• Professional business training in various specializations. Conducting individual, group and corporate programs on demand.
• Further training for teaching staff of higher education establishments of Ukraine. The School offers internships in all departments of the University under the guidance of leading professors, conducting individual trainings, consulting and research seminars, short-term courses.
• Further training for teaching staff of the University by sending them to universities, research institutions and other organizations under the five-year plans.
